Your dog must use its mouth to lift each cup and reveal the treats, and then spin the top to reveal yet more treats as the top revolves.

There are 8 treat of food chambers, only 4 of which are hidden by the cups.  When the cups are removed, the remaining 4 chambers can be found as the top moves round.  In this way, the Treat Wheel toy combines the skills of both the Paw Hide and Star Spinner toys.
