International (Non UK) Orders

Our standard carrier for international delivery is Royal Mail Airmail International Signed for, and In most cases, packages are limited to 2Kg in weight, and by their dimensions: Max length 60cm, combined L x H x W 90cm.

Everything possible will be done to keep package weights and dimensions as small as possible, but for larger or heavier items (eg, Wooden Activity Toys or Agility Equipment), it is not possible to stay within the limits. In such cases, and where economically viable, we may use DHL International to deliver your order.

If the cost of shipping your order is considerably higher than the postage charged to you at the checkout (for any reason), we may contact you to discuss additional postage charges. Additional postage will only be charged if you confirm your agreement by email or in writing. If you choose to cancel instead, no charge will be made to your credit card for the order, and if charges have already been applied, they will be refunded in full.

Some items, for example, food or aerosol products, may not suitable for international shipping or not be permitted into your country by your own import authorities. We strongly recommend that you do not order food items or spray collars (including refills, Pet Correctors, etc), or that you check the import regulations for your country. Orders returned to us by your import authorities because they contain goods that cannot be imported, will be refunded LESS any fees levied to us by the carrier for the return.

Goods held by your import authorities will not be refunded.

If you are outside of the EU, VAT is not charged on your order and is removed from the total automatically when you select your delivery country. You may be charged tax and/or import duty by your import authorities (we have no control over this process) before they will release the goods to you.

All deliveries will require a signature. If you are unable to sign for your order, you should contact the local carrier for details of how to arrange redelivery or to collect from them directly.

Orders returned to us because no signature could be obtained, or no redelivery or collection arranged, will be refunded LESS any fees levied to us by the carrier for the return. This can be extremely expensive.
