We make it a priority to send out orders as quickly as we can, and we dispatch over 98% of orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and almost 100% within a couple of days. If we feel that we are unable to meet this commitment we will contact you (usually by email) to let you know when you can expect your goods to be dispatched.
Orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail (first class) or Parcel Force (48 hour), and in most cases a signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your goods, you may be required to collect or arrange redelivery through your local depot. You can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout (eg, your work address) if that is more convenient.International orders are sent by Royal Mail (Small Packet) and always require a signature on delivery. There is a limit of 2kg on a Small Packet, and whilst we can split most orders into multiple packages, we are unable to send any single item that exceeds this weight. These are clearly marked throughout our site.
Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we regret that we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made by a certain date or special event. Goods returned on this basis will be subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
Items that are customised or manufactured to order do take longer to dispatch, and these exceptions are clearly indicated in the 'Info' page.
Delayed Delivery
Delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and may vary from region to region or during peak periods (we have no control over this). Most items sent within the UK are delivered within 3 days of dispatch, however, if your goods have not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us. We regret that we are unable to consider an item 'lost' until 15 working days (3 weeks) after dispatch, at which time we would be happy to send replacement items or issue a full refund.
Goods returned to us by the carrier due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to collect your goods from the local depot after a delivery attempt (eg, no-one available to sign for the delivery) may be subject to additional postage charges.
