Christmas Posting Dates

To ensure that we meet the recommended Christmas posting dates announced by Royal Mail, UK orders should be placed with us by 11am Friday 20th for both Royal Mail 48 and 24.

Please don't leave it until the last minute.

Bear in mind that larger items (agility equipment, some activity toys, etc) take longer to pack and dispatch (and may use an alternative carrier, such as Parcel Force), and international deliveries have long transit times (please contact us if your order is to be delivered outside of the UK).

Our delivery services are not guaranteed, but all of our carriers have always worked exceptionally hard for us in the run-up to Christmas, and we do our best to pack and dispatch parcels as quickly as possible. We will continue to do so, as we know they will, even after this date.

We will do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you in good time, but please be mindful of the delays caused by poor weather and increased volume in the delivery networks. We recommend that you order as early as possible to give us and our carriers every opportunity to get your order to you.
